    1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. green beans, tops trimmed
    1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp basil leaves, shredded

    Recipe



    Heat olive oil in a heavy nonstick pan or wok over medium high heat. Add garlic and beans and cook 3-5 minutes, stirring, or until beans are just tender. Stir in basil leaves. Serve hot.
