Spinach-Broccoli Bake

List of Ingredients
16 oz chopped frozen spinach
2 cup frozen chopped broccoli
10 oz Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/3 cup fat-free chicken broth
1/2 cup cooked sweet red pepper strips
Recipe
Boil spinach and broccoli for 3 minutes. In separate bowl, mix soup, mayo, broth, and egg. Add boiled veggies to mixture. Stir in red pepper pieces. Salt/pepper/garlic to taste. Bake 20 minutes @350 degrees in glass casserole dish. If you want, top with parmesean cheese or bread crumbs for a crispy topping.
