    choclate covered saltines

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
    • 1 1/2 sticks butter
    • 3/4 c. sugar
    • 2 bags of cohclate chips or 1 bag and 15-20 hershey kisses
    • chopped walnuts


    Instructions


    1. melt butter with the sugar,s stir well until bubbly.
    2. pour over saltines that you have lined in a 9x13 pan. bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
    3. top with the choclate-wait about 10 minutes until melted and spread evenly over crackers.
    4. top with walnuts.
    5. place in freezer until set and break into pieces.


    Final Comments


    you can use any flavor chips and nuts. i have used peanut butter, butterscotch-even cinnamon chips. as well as whatever nuts i have on hand.
