    List of Ingredients


    • 1 PACKAGE DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE MIX
    • 2 EGGS
    • 2 T. WATER
    • 2 T. OIL
    • 1/2 C. COCOA
    • 12 OZ CHOC CHIPS
    • 1-2 t. MINT EXTRACT


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. COMBINE CAKE MIX, EGGS, WATER,OIL AND COCOA. BLEND WELL. LET STAND 20-30 MIN.
    2. SHAPE INTO 1/2 INCH BALLS. PLACE 2 IN APART ON PARCHMENT PAPER LINED COOKIE SHEET. FLATTEN WITH BOTTOM OF WATER GLASS.
    3. BAKE 8-10 MIN. COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
      MEANWHILE MELT CHOCLATE CHIPS OVER DOUBLE BOILER-ADD MINT EXTRACT. SPREAD OR DIP CHOCOLATE ONTO COOKIES.
