    List of Ingredients


    • 1 LB GROUND BEEF
    • 1 SM ONION,DICED
    • 1 LG CARROT,JULIENNED
    • 3 STALKS CELERY,CHOPPED
    • 2 CLOVES GARLIC , MINCED
    • 2-14.5 OZ. CANS DICED TOMATOES
    • 1-15 OZ. CAN RED KIDNEY BEANS (WITH LIQUID)
    • 1-15 OZ CAN NORTHERN BEANS (WITH LIQUID)
    • 1-15 OZ. CAN TOMATO SAUCE
    • 1-12 OZ. CAN V-8 JUICE
    • 1 T. WHITE VINEGAR
    • 1 1/2 t. SALT
    • 1 t. OREGANO
    • 1 t. BASIL
    • 1/2 t. PEPPER
    • 1/2 t. THYME
    • 1/2 LB DITALI PASTA (OR OTHER SMALL PASTA)


    Instructions


    1. BROWN THE BEEF IN LARGE SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT. DRAIN OFF MOST OF THE FAT.
    2. ADD ONION,CARROT,CELERY, AND GARLIC AND SATUEE FOR 15 MIN.
    3. ADD REMIANING INGREDIENTS,EXPECT PASTA AND SIMMER 1 HOUR.
    4. COOK PASTA AND ADD TO POT AFTER HOUR OF COOKING-THEN SIMMER FOR ANOTHER 5-10 MIN. BEFORE SRVING.
