California Pot Roast
List of Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef roast, trimmed of fat
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Dredge meat well in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil in a large skillet. Place into crockpot and add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer on low 4-5 hours or until done.
