    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package powdered pectin
    • 2 cups warm water
    • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen grape juice concetrate, thawed
    • 3-1/2 cups sugar, divided


    Instructions


    1. Mix pectin slowly into warm water in a 2 quart bowl. Stir until pectin is dissolved. Let stand 45 minutes. Stir occasionally, but do not beat. Pour juice into a 1 quart bowl, add 1-3/4 cups sugar; mix thoroughly: All the sugar will not dissolve.
    2. Add remaining 1-3/4 cups sugar to dissolved pectin. Stir until all the sugar is dissolved. Combine juice mixture with pectin mixture. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved.
    3. Ladle into canning or freezer jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust two piece caps. Let stand at room temperature until set, up to 24 hours. Lable and freeze.
    4. YIELD: About 4 half pints.
