Farmhouse Barbeque Muffins

List of Ingredients
- 1 tube (10 ounce) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar or prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Seperate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten into 5-inch circles. Press each into the bottom and sides of a greased muffin cup, set aside.
- Brown ground beef; drain. Mix in all other ingredients, except cheese, heat thoroughly. Fill the biscuit cups with 1/4 cup of the beef mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F, for 18 - 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing muffins from pan.
