Italian Sausage Meatballs
List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix eggs with seasonings. Add sausage and breadcrumbs, mix well.
- Make 1-inch round meatballs. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Can be frozen for later use, after being cooked.
