    Italian Sausage Meatballs


    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 pound Italian sausage
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
    • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Mix eggs with seasonings. Add sausage and breadcrumbs, mix well.

    2. Make 1-inch round meatballs. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Can be frozen for later use, after being cooked.
