    Mexican Lasagna


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds ground beef
    • 2 (12 ounce) jars thick and chunky salsa
    • 12 tostada shells
    • 2 cups refried beans
    • 2 cups sour cream
    • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded


    Instructions


    1. In a skillet, brown beef and drain. Stir in 1 cup salsa.
    2. In a 9-inch x 13-inch pan layer 1/2 cup salsa, 6 tostada shells and spread with half of the refried beans, 1/2 of the meat mixture, 1/2 of the sour cream and 1/2 of the cheese.
    3. Repeat layers, put a little bit of salsa on top. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 350.
