Mexican Lasagna
List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 (12 ounce) jars thick and chunky salsa
- 12 tostada shells
- 2 cups refried beans
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown beef and drain. Stir in 1 cup salsa.
- In a 9-inch x 13-inch pan layer 1/2 cup salsa, 6 tostada shells and spread with half of the refried beans, 1/2 of the meat mixture, 1/2 of the sour cream and 1/2 of the cheese.
- Repeat layers, put a little bit of salsa on top. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 350.
