    Mexican Meatloaf


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs ground beef
    • 1/2 cup cornmeal
    • 3/4 cup salsa
    • 1 egg


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour or until cooked through.

    2. You may top this with more salsa if you wish.
