    Homemade Cheese Whiz


    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 pounds Velveeta
    • 1 can (13 ounces) evaporated milk
    • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    • 2 egg yolks, beaten
    • 1 tablespoon flour


    Instructions


    1. Cube cheese and set aside. In a double boiler, melt butter and add cheese. When softened, add egg yolks, milk and flour, and stir with a wire whisk to blend well. Cook till thick.
    2. Store in a covered air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
