    Cream Cheese Pound Cake

    • 1 (8 ounce) pacakge cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup butter, softened
    • 1-1/2 cups sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cups cake flour, sifted
    • 1-1/4 teaspoon baking powder


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. With electric mixer on medium speed, blend together cream cheese, butter and sugar. On low speed, blend in eggs. Combine cake flour and baking powder and add to the cheese mixture, blending until smooth

    2. Pour into buttered and floured 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes until golden brown.
