• 1 box fudge marble cake mix
  
• 2 (15 oz) tubs of ricotta cheese
  
• 3/4 cup sugar
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1 (3-3/4 oz) package milk chocolate instant pudding
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 8 ounces cool whip
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Mix cake as directed on package, pour into pan.
   
   
2. Combine ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Spoon over unbaked cake. Bake for 1 hour and let cool.
   
   
3. Mix pudding with milk and fold in cool whip; spread over cake. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
