Maple Pecan Pie

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth. Add syrup, butter, vanilla, salt and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees F, for 40 - 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- YIELD: 8 servings.
