• 1 cup butter, softened
  
• 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
  
• 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  






Instructions



1. Whip butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and beat on low for one minute, then on high for 3 - 4 minutes.
   
   
2. Drop cookies by spoonfulls onto cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes. Watch that the edges don't brown too much.
   
   
3. Makes 2 dozen.
