    Pineapple-Coconut Pie

    1 1/4 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon flour
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup coconut
    1/2 cup melted butter

    Recipe



    Cream eggs, sugar and flour until light and fluffy. Add melted butter and vanilla. Beat. Add pineapple and coconut. Pour into uncooked pie shells. Bake for 40 minutes at 350F until lightly golden.

    Makes 2 regular-sized pies.
