Curried Fruit

4 cans fruit (pears, pineapple, peaches, apricots, fruit cocktail, etc.) -- well drained
raisins or dried cherries, cranberries, blueberries, etc.
1/3 cup butter -- melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons curry powder
Recipe
Mix fruit and raisins and place all in a 9 x 13 pan.
Mix butter, brown sugar, and curry powder. Dot over fruit.
Bake uncovered 1 hour at 325F. Serve hot.
A wonderful cold-weather dish! Also great served with oatmeal at breakfast.
NOTES: May stand overnight before cooking.
