    Sweet Home Fries with Dip

    2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/2 teaspoon olive oil
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1/2 cup honey dijon barbeque sauce
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Place potato quarters in casserole and toss with olive oil.

    Bake 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.

    Season with salt and pepper. Serve with dip.
