    Lemon BBQ Meatloaf

    This is a great meatloaf. My brother, a confirmed meatloaf hater, LOVES this.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
    2 cups bread crumbs
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 tsp. season salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 egg
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    6 lemon slices

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350*. Mix the first 6 ingredients and make into 6 individual loaves. Bake for 15 minutes. While those are baking, mix the rest of the ingredients except lemon, stir til mixed well. Spoon over loaves and top each with a lemon slice. Cook an additional 30 minutes
