- 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup chopped soft silken tofu (about 4 oz)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tblsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tblsp chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Place peaches and next 5 ingredients (through lemon juice) in a blender; process until smooth. Top with walnuts.
