    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
    • 1 cup blackberries
    • 1 cup orange juice
    • 3/4 cup chopped soft silken tofu (about 4 oz)
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 2 Tblsp fresh lemon juice
    • 2 Tblsp chopped walnuts


    Instructions


    1. Place peaches and next 5 ingredients (through lemon juice) in a blender; process until smooth. Top with walnuts.


    Final Comments


    YIELD: 3 Servings
    (Serving size: 1-cup smoothie and 2 tsp walnuts)
