- 1 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup cubed soft silken tofu
- 2 to 3 tsps instant coffee granules
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen (about 1-1/2 cups)
- ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth and frothy. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
