    List of Ingredients




    1/2 lb. pecans, coarsely chopped
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup butter
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    Dash of allspice
    Dash of salt

    Recipe



    1) Boil the sugar, water, butter, and spices to a soft ball stage, about 2 to 3 minutes.

    2) Remove from heat and gradually add the pecans. Stir gently until it turns sugary. Put it all onto waxed paper cookie sheet. Butter hands and pull apart pecans into tiny clusters.
