    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 2 lbs boneless beef round steak, cut into serving sized portions
    • 2 Tblsp Butter
    • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
    • 2 cans (10-3/4 oz each) condensed Cream Of Mushroom soup, undiluted
    • 1 cup water
    • Hot cooked Noodles


    Instructions


    1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper; dredge beef.
    2. In a large skillet, brown beef in butter on both sides. Transfer to a 3-Qt slow cooker; top with onion.
    3. Combine soup and water; pour over onion. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until meat is tender.
    4. Serve with Noodles.
