    SLOW COOKER ASIAN HOISIN RIBS

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs Pork bone-in country-style ribs
    • 1 medium Onion, sliced
    • 1/2 Cup Hoisin sauce
    • 1/3 Cup seasoned Rice Vinegar
    • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
    • 1 Tblsp grated Gingerroot or 1 tsp ground Ginger
    • 2 tsp Sesame Oil, if desired
    • Fresh Cilantro leaves, if desired


    Instructions


    1. Place ribs in a 3-1/2 to 4-Quart Slow Cooker. Cover w/Onion slices.
      Mix remaining ingredients except Cilantro; pour over ribs.
    2. Cover, cook on low 8 to 10 hours, or until ribs are tender.
    3. Remove ribs to serving platter; keep warm. Skim fat from surface of juices in cooker. Serve ribs with sauce; sprinkle with Cilantro.
