    SLOW COOKER POUND CAKE

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package Pound Cake mix (16 oz.) size
    • 1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
    • 1 Tblsp. Flour
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped Nuts
    • 1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground


    Instructions


    1. Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter into well-greased and floured 2-pound coffee tin.
    2. Combine sugar, flour, nuts and cinnamon and sprinkle over cake batter.
    3. Place can in crockpot. Cover top of can with 8 layers of paper towels. Cover crockpot and cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
