SLOW COOKER SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE

1 lb lean Ground Beef
1/2 lb bulk Italian Pork Sausage
2 med Carrots, finely chopped (1 cup)
1 med Green Pepper, chopped (1 cup)
1 med Onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 can (28 oz) crushed Tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
1 Tblsp packed Brown Sugar
1 Tblsp dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp ground Pepper
16 oz uncooked Spaghetti or Thin Spaghetti
shredded fresh Parmesan Cheese, if desiredRecipe
1) Cook Beef and Sausage in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until Beef is brown and Sausage is no longer pink (about 8 mins), drain.
2) Mix Beef mixture and remaining ingredients (except Spaghetti and Parmesan Cheese) in a 3-1/2 to 4-Qt slow cooker.
3) Cover and cook on LOW heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
4) About 20 mins before serving, cook and drain Spaghetti as directed on package. Serve Sauce with hot cooked Spaghetti and Parmesan Cheese.
