    LUSCIOUS LEMON ICE CREAM

    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 qts. Whole Milk
    1 can (14.5 oz) Evaporated Milk
    4 cups Sugar
    1 cup Lemon Juice
    2 cups Whipping Cream
    1-1/2 tsp. Lemon Extract

    Recipe



    1) Mix all ingredients well and pour into ice-cream canister.

    2) Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.

    NOTE: It is best to make this 2-3 hours in advance to allow the lemony flavor to really lush forth.

    Makes 5 Quarts
