    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
    • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
    • 3 Eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
    • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    • 2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
    • 1-1/2 cups Walnut halves
    • 1 unbaked pastry Pie shell (9-inches)
    • Fudge Sauce:
    • 2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
    • 1 Tblsp Butter
    • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1/4 cup strong brewed Coffee
    • Coffee Ice Cream


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients pour into pastry shell.
    2. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
    3. Cool on a wire rack.
    4. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter.
    5. Stir in cream until smooth.
    6. Remove from heat; stir in coffee.
    7. Serve pie with ice cream and Fudge Sauce.
