List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 3 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1-1/2 cups Walnut halves
- 1 unbaked pastry Pie shell (9-inches)
- Fudge Sauce:
- 2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tblsp Butter
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup strong brewed Coffee
- Coffee Ice Cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients pour into pastry shell.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter.
- Stir in cream until smooth.
- Remove from heat; stir in coffee.
- Serve pie with ice cream and Fudge Sauce.
