CHEESE CRISP WITH CHILIES

List of Ingredients
2 c. Shredded colby and monterey jack cheese
1 can chopped green chiles, drained
1/4 c. thin green onion slices
12 flour tortillas
2 Tbsp. margarine
Salsa (if desired)
Sour cream (if desired)
Recipe
Mix cheese, chiles and onions. Spoon spproximately 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture onto center of tortillas. Fold over. Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 to 4 tortillas; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until light brown and crisp. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Cut each tortilla in half and carnish with salsa and sour cream.
