2 lb. large mushrooms
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (6oz) can pitted black olives
1/2 lb. bacon or 1 c. bacon bits
1/4 c. chives
Recipe
Cook bacon until crisp; drain off oil. Crumble into bits. Wash mushrooms in cold water and let drain. Break stems out of mushroom heads. Dice stems, chives, and black olives and combine with velveeta cheese in saucepan. Cook over low flame until cheese melts, then add bacon bits to the sauce filling. Mix well and remove from flame. Spoon filling into mushroom heads. Place the filled mushroom heads in a cake pan and bake in oven at 350 for 2o minutes. Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
