Almond Joy
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. pina colada mix
1/2 oz chocolate syrup
1/3 c. almonds
2 scoops ice cream or mix
Blend
Banana Hawaiian Fizz
2 oz banana mix or 13 nectar
1/2 c. sweet sour mix
1/2 c. pineapple juice
On rocks
Big Red Ice Tea
1/3 c. strawberry soda
2/3 c. ice tea
ice

Blackberry Colada
2 oz blackberry
1/2 c pina colada
1/2 c. pineapple juice
ice
On rocks or blended
Brazilian Iced Chocolate Coca-Cola
2 oz chocolate - unsweetened
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. coffee-double strength, hot
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c coca-Cola - chilled
Whipped cream or vanilla
Ice cream
Melt chocolate with double boiler - stir in coffee. Pour in jar and cover and chill. When ready to serve stir in chilled Coca-Cola. On rocks or in tall glass. Beverage - top with whipped cream, for a dessert add ice cream.
Bubbling Jade Punch
2 packages lime gelatin (3 oz each)
2 c. boiling water
4 c. cold water
12 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed and undiluted)
2 c. pineapple juice
2 liters ginger ale
Serve on rocks or blended
Kentucky Derby
4 mint sprigs - no more than 5
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 quarts ginger ale
Place sugar, water and lemon juice in bowl and stir in mint leaves. Let stand for 30 minutes, add ice cubes and ginger ale and serve.
