    2 1/2 cups Bisquick, plus more for sprinkling
    1/3 cup + 2 tsp chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, tarragon and or thyme
    3/4 tsp grated lemon zest
    1/4 tsp garlic powder, divided
    3/4 cup milk
    2 tbsp butter, melted

    Preheat oven to 450. In bowl combine Bisquick, 1/3 cup herbs, lemon zest and 1/8 tsp garlic powder; stir in milk until combined. Sprinkle work surface with baking mix; turn dough out onto surface. Knead 10 times until smooth; roll out to 1/2" thickness, Using 3 1/4" daisy cookie or
    biscuit cutter, cut out 8 biscuits; rerolling scraps as necessary. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 mins or until golden, Combine butter with remaining herbs and 1/8 tsp garlic powder, brush over warm biscuits.
