List of Ingredients

l pkg. stovetop stuffing
l l/2 c. hot water
l/4 c. butter or margarine
6 boneless chicken breasts (approx. l l/2 lbs.)
l pkg. (l0 oz.) mixed veg.
l can cream of mushroom condensed soup
l/3 c. sour cream or milk


Recipe

Preheat oven to 375. Mix stuffing mix, water, margarine and set
aside. Place chicken breasts in l3 x 9 baking dish. Add
vegetables. Mix soup and sour cream (or milk); pour over chicken.
Top with stuffing mixture.

Bake for 35 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6
servings.
