    List of Ingredients




    1 pound rigatoni pasta
    2 tbs olive oil
    1 sliced onion
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    1 block 10 oz extra sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1 tsp hot pepper sauce
    1 quart milk
    1 tsp salt
    1 pkg fully cooked Kielbasa sausage 14 oz sliced into thick coins
    3 apples, cut into cubes
    2 scallions, thinly sliced

    HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. Coat 10 cup baking dish with cooking spray. In pot of lightly salted boiling water, cook pasta until tender. Drain. In saucepan, heat oil, add onion cook until softened 7 min. Stir in flour, cook 1 min.
    Whisk in milk, bring to boiling, boil until thickened, 1 min. Remove from heat. Set aside 1 cup cheese for topping in casserole. Stir the remaining 2 cups cheese, hot pepper sauce, and salt into milk mixture until smooth. In
    pasta cooking pot, toss together pasta, cheese sauce, kielbasa and apples, spoon into baking dish, mounding slightly. Cover. Bake covered for 30 min. Uncover. Stir
    rigatoni mixture, sprinkle top with reserved cheese and the scallions. Bake until cheese is melted, 10 min. LET STAND 10 MIN. BEFORE SERVING.*
