1 cup split peas
1 bunch watercress
Instant potatoes
2 1/2 cups water
1/4 inch cube of butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dill (optional)
Recipe
In crockpot cook split peas and whole watercress until peas are mushy. Fork out watercress and throw away. Stir in instant potatoes and butter. Serve hot or cold with French bread or crackers.
