    TERIYAKI CHICKEN WINGS

    List of Ingredients

    1 package chicken wings, jointed (We usually use the packages that
    have about 8 whole chicken wings. Discard the tips if you don't want to
    use them.)
    1 teaspoon garlic (or to taste), chopped
    1 teaspoon ginger (or to taste), grated
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1 teaspoon sweetener
    8 drops sesame oil (optional - but very good)

    Recipe

    Put the oil into a flat bottomed wok and heat. Add the garlic and ginger(we just use the stuff in the jars). Stir fry for a few minutes to scent the oil.Add the chicken wing pieces and stir fry until there is just
    the slightest bit of browning happening.Mix all the rest of the ingregients, sweetening it to taste and pour into the wok.Cook over medium heat, covered, for about 20 - 30 mins, stirring occasionally. The sauce will boil down and become thicker. Serve over regular rice
