    List of Ingredients

    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced potatoes
    2 cans (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams
    3/4 c. flour
    1 qt. half & half
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    Dash of white pepper
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

    Recipe

    Drain clams and pour liquid over vegetables in a large pot. Add enough water to cover. Simmer until tender. Make a roux with flour and butter. Add milk to make a thin sauce. Add clams, vinegar and seasonings. Cook until clams are heated through.
