    6 lb. potatoes (12 large)
    1 1/2 cup sour cream
    8 oz cream cheese
    1 tbl salt
    pepper

    Recipe



    Peel potatoes and cook in salt water until tender. Mash and beat in softened cream cheese, sour cream and pepper. Cool to room temperature, then store in refrigerator. To reheat, put in buttered casserole, dot with butter or cheese and bake in 350 oven for 25 to
    30 minutes.
