    HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. Place 12 sweet potatoes on baking sheet. Pierce. Bake until tender, 60 min. In bowl, stir together 1 1/2 sticks butter and 3/4 cup light brown sugar until well blended. Stir in 2 cups pecans, toasted and
    coarsely chopped, 1 1/2 cups minature marshmallows and 1/2 cup all purpose flour until mixture forms loose crumbs. Remove potatoes from oven. Cut a slash lengthwise in each one. Gently push together ends of each potatoe to open slash. Season potatoes with 1/4 tsp sea salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Stuff opening with marshmallow mixture, return to oven. Bake until stuffing is golden brown, 7
    min. TAKE CARE NOT TO LET MARSHMALLOWS BURN.*
