Jackie McCullough's Tupperware Party Treat
Recipe Introduction
These are a tasty treat before a Tupperware or Candle Party
for us ladies who love to get together and buy nifty things. Easy and very worth every calorie..lol
List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. Bob Evans hot sausage
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. velveeta cheese
Loaf of those small coctail breads - Pumpernickle or Rye
Recipe
Brown meat & drain; add diced cheese.
Stir until melted; add remaining ingredients.
Spread on Pumpernikel/rye bread.
Place on cookie sheet and freeze until firm, then transfer to a plastic bag and freeze. until ready to use.
Put under broiler until cheese melts and bubbles, then serve.
Makes approximately 6 dozen
Note:
You can also make 1/4 or 1/2 of the recipe bypass the freezing stage and just make right before serving your guests.
