    A light and delightful quiche type pie sure to please the breakfast or brunch crowd.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 8 oz. can crescent rolls
    • 2 eggs- beaten
    • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    • 8 oz. cubed Monteray Jack Cheese
    • 2 c. cooked and cubed ham
    • 1 c. steamed brocolli flowerettes
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees farenheit.
    2. Open crescent rolls, reserve 3 triangles of dough for the top.
    3. Pinch remaining five triangles of dough together and spread with fingers to cover an 8 or 9 " pie tin.

    4. Beat eggs and stir in remaining ingredients.
    5. Fill pie shell.

    6. Cut remaining triangles of dough into narrow strips. Stretch and twist across pie in criss-cross fashion. Pinch to edges of pie shell.

    7. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until center is set.
    8. Let stand for 5 minutes before cuttings and serving.
