Ham and Cheese Cresecent Pie

A light and delightful quiche type pie sure to please the breakfast or brunch crowd.
List of Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. can crescent rolls
- 2 eggs- beaten
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 8 oz. cubed Monteray Jack Cheese
- 2 c. cooked and cubed ham
- 1 c. steamed brocolli flowerettes
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees farenheit.
- Open crescent rolls, reserve 3 triangles of dough for the top.
- Pinch remaining five triangles of dough together and spread with fingers to cover an 8 or 9 " pie tin.
- Beat eggs and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Fill pie shell.
- Cut remaining triangles of dough into narrow strips. Stretch and twist across pie in criss-cross fashion. Pinch to edges of pie shell.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until center is set.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before cuttings and serving.
