    • 1 cup butter, softened
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolk, sour cream and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Place dough into a cookie press and press cookies out onto ungreased baking sheets.
    3. Bake in preheated oven 10-12 minutes, until golden. Cool 5 minutes on osheet before moving to wire rack.
