    Yield: Makes 1/2 c serving


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Tbsp Splenda
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/2 c heavy cream
    • 3 c ice cubes
    • 6 Tbsp table salt
    • 1 sandwich Ziploc bag
    • 1 gallon Ziploc bag


    Instructions


    1. Mix Splenda, vanilla and cream in sandwich Ziploc.
    2. Seal bag and shake lightly to mix.
    3. Mix ice and salt in gallon Ziploc bag.
    4. Place sandwich bag in gallon bag and seal.
    5. Shake bag approx. 4 minutes or until desired hardness is achieved.
    6. Remove sandwich bag and rinse with cold water to remove salt residue before opening bag.
