    1 cup muffin mix
    1 cup ap flour
    1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp dill weed
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    1 egg
    2 cups drained corn
    4 oz. grated cheddar
    1/4 cup oil
    1 cup muffin mix

    Mix all well.. Place in muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
