    JELLIED BISCUITS

    2 cups of any biscuit baking mix
    2 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp cream of tarter
    1/2 cup shortening
    3/4 cup evaporated milk
    Your favorite jelly

    Set jelly aside..
    Mix remaining ingredients ..then on a grease baking sheet, drop by spoonfuls..Make a large thumb print in the center of each biscuit..Fill with your favorite jelly..

    Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or golden brown..Amount will be according to size of spoonfuls. I get 1 dozen out of this.. So easy and delicious..Fun for the kids to make..
