Chicken Tetrazinni
1/2 lb cooked spaghetti
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast (boil, season with salt & pepper. & reserve broth)
1 can cream/mushroom soup
1 can cream/chicken soup
8 oz. shredded cheddar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 lb sauteed mushroom slices (sautee in oil along with small chopped onion)
Small jar of pimento
1 or more cups of reserved chicken broth
Heat soup slowly in saucepan, Add cheese,sour cream, shredded chicken,mushrooms,
pimento and broth. mix with drained spaghetti..Mixture should be sloppy..
Pour into casserole dish, top with extra cheese.. bake at 350 degress 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
