Easy Chicken Casserole
1 can French onion soup
1 can Cream/Mushroom soup
1 can Cream/Chicken soup
Black pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Mix well..
6 Chicken strips
2 cups rice
stick/butter
In a 8x12 dish mix 3/4 stick of butter and 2 cups of uncooked rice. Add 3/4
of the soup mixture into the rice and butter.
Take 6 chicken strips and dip into remaining soup mixture, laying chicken on top
of rice. Pour left soup mixture over the chicken..Bake uncovered at 350 degrees,
for about an hour or until rice is done..Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
