    Crabmeat Stuffing

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1 lb crabmeat (freash or canned)
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp prepared mustard
    2 TBL mayonnaise
    2 slices bread, cubed
    salt/pepper to taste
    1 medium onion minced
    1 stalk of celery minced
    1 cup butter

    Recipe



    Combine:
    Crab, worcestershire, mustard, mayo, bread cubes , salt & pepper.
    Saute onion & celery in 1/2 cup of butter & add to crabmeat. Add rest of buter and breadcrumbs to top..
    Bake in casserole 400 degrees/15 minutes or until brown. I also use this to stuff, mushrooms, Vidalia onions, or to serve as cakes or individual casseroles.
