Layered Egg Salad
1 pkg. (10) oz. mixed salad greens
6 plum or medium tomatoes chopped
8 small kosher dill pickles, coarsely chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2 cups cubed ham, or Spam
1 medium red onion, chopped
Grated cheese of choice..I like fresh grated parmesam and for a
different twist on flavor...crumbled bleu cheese
1 bottle (8 0z) or more... Peppercorn Ranch
Place greens in bottom of largfe sald bowl.
Layer...tomatoes, pickles, eggs, ham, onion and cheese and dressing between each layer..
Topping with dressing & cheese
